When fishing with Jim Stroede's Guide Service we will start our trip by meeting at a location convenient to you, and we will either ride together in my truck or you will follow me to the lake where the fish have been biting. You will fish from the front of my roomy, stable 2004 Tuffy Esox Magnum fishing boat powered by a 4 stroke Mercury outboard. I will share my knowledge and technics with you to help make your fishing trip successful and leave you with the ability to fish in the same manner on your own after our time together is through. A day of fishing with me may include fishing multiple lakes in a day, and travel time does not count as part of your fishing time for the day. At the end of the day you will leave the boat knowing more about fishing and more about the area lakes to help make you a better angler.

EQUIPMENT TO BRING

• Your current fishing license
• Fishing rods and reels (or you can use my St. Croix Rods)
• Rain gear, sunscreen, warm clothes, sunglasses
• Water/soda in resealable bottles
• Camera

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

• A fully rigged, clean and comfortable 2004 Tuffy Esox Magnum fishing boat with a quite running Mercury 4 stroke motor
• All transportation expenses to all lakes and back
• All fishing tackle needed for a successful day on the water
• Use of quality St. Croix Fishing Rods, spooled up with tough, dependable Cortland Fishing Line

GUIDE SERVICE RATES

• Full Day - 8 hour trip - $325
• Half Day - 4 hour trip - $225

Same rate applies for either one or two people, third person is an extra $50.

The "End of the day trip" starts about 3 hours before sundown and we fish until dark, taking advantage of the often very productive end of the day/ early evening bite. This is also a great way to introduce a friend or family member to the sport of fishing. Available in the Spooner and Trego areas only.
